General Terms and Conditions of Polyglott Language Services
Unless otherwise agreed in written form, the following terms shall apply for the scope of performance. Equivalent to the written agreements named in these terms are oral agreements, if these are documented in writing by POLYGLOTT LANGUAGE SERVICES or correspond to the standard terms of this industry. Once these general terms and conditions have been approved by a customer, they also apply for all follow-up orders, even if not explicitly and separately stipulated. A customer is defined as institutional customer; this term does not apply for individual officials. Any deviating agreement requires written confirmation by POLYGLOTT LANGUAGE SERVICES. The customer explicitly waives the application of his own general terms and conditions.
